Brokerage is calculated as a percentage of the total booking value corresponding to the applicable plot-size slab. Rates apply per transaction and are payable on confirmed and registered bookings only, subject to the terms of the channel partner agreement with RAKBA India Private Limited.
Note: As per the applicable brokerage slab, 70% of the total brokerage amount will be paid to you, while the remaining 30% will be paid to the dealer/associate through whom you are associated.
